*UPDATE: Thank goodness for Paul. Appreciate all of your help. Every employee should be more like him! Typically a good experience but being told that they are too busy to help finish a process started the previous is terrible customer service. If the person helping me is out sick then you need to find a more professional way of saying that you’re too busy to help. Really turned me off and I wish I had never started the process. So unprofessional
