I had a very disappointing experience with Mariner Finance. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. Every time I asked a question or needed clarification, the staff seemed annoyed and acted like I was inconveniencing them. Instead of taking the time to explain the process or answer my concerns, they came across as rude, impatient, dismissive, and inconsiderate.
