I applied and they gave me an offer but I wasn't sure if I wanted to take it and needed some time to think about it. Jamie told me she'd leave my application and approval open until the end of the month. I called back on the 23rd hoping to move forward, and she told me my application and approval had already been closed out. So I called One Main Financial and they got me approved for twice is much, and at a much better interest rate. I'm never wasting my time at Mariner again.
Yeah they suck badly.. It doesn't pay to pay your bill off with these people, even when you've hit rock bottom, fell behind on your payments and then got back on track and paid them off..I called for a loan after their website to which I applied at said congratulations your approved please contact the phone number for details on your new loan.Well I called them and the woman informed me that because of my pay history with them,they were unable to help me..lmao Im like wow,atleast I paid you off and your website told me to ca... read more
I give them 5 stars. They are extremely helpful. I have been with them as a customer for several years now and they are always there when I need them. They will always get you the best loan for your situation and are eager to help you through the process. If you ever need them talk to Georgia. She is exceptional with customer satisfaction. Horrible customer service, they want to know absolutely everything about you and your finances which is fine but you do not need my landlord's phone number and address. The online system works great but the actual office on Hanover sucks
