Kerrie was very professional and handled everything well. She made sure I knew everything about the terms and don’t leave any questions unanswered.
Phone Customer service is terrible and the over phone energy was not sound welcome..the lil gal Kelly I think that's her name was very quick talking to me over the phone and the other lady was no better who stated she was the assist. manager. The manager that called me back sound like he was tired or sleeping..I really thought it was great place to do business by good reviews but I guest I called at the wrong time..I'll take my business elsewhere with this kind of custom service...people are so rude now days with a ugly hear... read more
