It started with a very courteous phone call that explained everything in detail my options and what I would need to bring with me to the office for my appointment. Walking in the door and being greeted with a friendly smile says alot. My appointment went smoothly and I was out of the office within 30 minutes feeling great and treated with respect. Thank you
