I have been a customer with this company for over 3 years. In 2005 they had wonderful customer service. Over the last year or so the customer service of this company has gone down hill. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and being able to reslove a customers concern is a plus. Sadly not when it comes to this company. For one if you drop your payment off, unless you make a note to mail your receipt; then you do not get one! WHY? No one has ever been able to answer that for me.
