The second time I went back to get my payment lower .. so one male agent name Antonio don’t go to him he’ll tell you one thing and do another … paper wrk all wrong … tell you one thing and do another … once my loan is paid off I’m to done with them .
Fraud – Stay Away from These Folks! I signed up for what was supposed to be a 0% interest payment plan. From day one, my online account showed interest charges. Every time I called, I was told their “system is broken” and that as long as I paid off the principal within 12 months, no interest would apply. After 12 months, I called again and even spoke with a supervisor (unfortunately I don’t remember the name). I was assured my account would be closed and the paperwork sent.
