Miranda was wonderful
This Mariner Finance location has a lot of smart, experienced employees. Hayden collected my information and processed my re-finance request. He explained my re-finance options and then Miranda walked me through the loan closing and offered me loan insurance products that made sense for our situation.
Well, I went to the Round Rock Office from Mariner Finance to do some business with them, because I am a customer over now almost 10 years !! After short greetings and their asking what my visit was all about, they walked me into a room, asked for my DL and there I was seated for 10 Minutes.After that time a loan agent came back in, asked some more questions and for some paperwork, but at this time I was asking for someone I can talk to, because I had some questions myself !! Outstanding service
I went to Mariner from killeen and when we arrived I was greeted by Savi great lady she made my day. The hold up was caused by us needed more paper work but all was good. Walking out the door money was in the bank. Thank you so much Savi and Crew.😆
