What should have been a simple process of in and out was a very long process because someone else had made many mistakes, but Karen Sage fixed them and got everything done and ultimately secured the loan. She was fast, friendly, and sincere, it was through no fault of her own that it took as long as it did, had others done their job correctly it probably would have been maybe 10-20 minutes, but in the end we are happy and thats what matters! I would definitely do business with HER again!
Helpful and fast service
Easy access to a small loan, process was simple enough, great staff support.
I don't have much experience with this type of Service but Mariner Finance has set the bar high imo. The ease of process was amazing, I never set foot inside an actual brick and mortar location. From beginning to end, everything was done online. I was always kept informed thru the different stages of the loan process(email communication). From the start of filling out the short(ish) application to recieving the DD in my account was 5 days but that was mostly my fault with not checking my email and it was also late afternoon ... read more
