I worked with a very nice guy. He really made things run smooth and had a kind answer to all of my questions. Very knowledgeable of what the company was all about.

Customer service has always been good, but lately they sound very irritating on the phone. You can even hear them blow like why do I have to deal with this person today? I put an application in Monday and asked to date today I have not heard anything. The only thing that I did hear was when I took the initiative to call and Becky’s like, I don’t think it’s gonna happen just very sharp and just not very good customer service like it was. I’m not sure what’s going on there.
