Angela was great!!! Helped financially and mentally as she shared personal experiences and conversation with me. I appreciate the great service.
Customer service has always been good, but lately they sound very irritating on the phone. You can even hear them blow like why do I have to deal with this person today? I put an application in Monday and asked to date today I have not heard anything. The only thing that I did hear was when I took the initiative to call and Becky’s like, I don’t think it’s gonna happen just very sharp and just not very good customer service like it was. I’m not sure what’s going on there.

Well dispute the fact that I wanted a sit down with an agent in their office but then an agent ask how she could help me I told her that my friend referred me I was handed a business card . That was it. Very disappointed.
