Beautiful courtyard and one of the first Condos built along Perdido Key.....hence older construction. Units tend to be a bit dated. My family owned in this location for over 40yrs. We sold our unit a few yrs back and still rent for memories sake. Under new management now. New management is increasingly rules focused and will look for silly reasons to charge you extra for basic housekeeping chores if trash is left in trashcan or random dish is left in refrigerator. The absolute BEST PLACE TO RENT OR OWN A CONDO on Perdido Key, FL ( Orange Beach area ) you can always tell it is run to perfection when the same people have been in charge for over 30 years!! Lawrence & Valerie have always gone way above and beyond to make “The Mariner ” the best there ever was and the charges are very reasonable. Absolutely the very best!! Everything around the condo is manicured like they sat down and trimmed each shrubbery and grass with tiny clippers and they are such a down to earth and honest couple!!... read more
Very good place to vacation except when it rains. Then any place in Florida is about the same, not much fun. We have always loved going to the Mariner, been going there since the 1970s, wonderful place.
