I've used Mariner Pharmacy for multiple prescriptions. Their front desk is lovely, and their pharmacist is highly knowledgeable. My only complaint is an incorrect charge on my CC. When I brought this to their attention, they said they would look into it. We are now two months in, three phone calls and multiple emails,. The only response I can get is from CFO Trina Luong, who sent me a record of the original charge stating it was a credit. Our credit card was on file with them, we were incorrectly charged 15 times for a total of $29,830 due to a "system glitch", and despite their written acknowledgment of the error, their accounting department couldn't be bothered to return the funds. After a 4-month wait we finally had to file disputes with our credit card provider.
Mariner has always been respectful and helpful to myself and my husband. We really appreciate their help.
