We have nothing but trouble with our brand new boat. Try to connect with the service department is a nightmare. I would not recommend this place at all
Marine Max was extremely disrespectful to my party. I had pre approval via email for a yacht to pick up us and drop us off for my bachelorette party. When we got back to the dock the security guard started yelling at us that we can’t be here. I tired to explain that I had this approved and showed him the email. MarineMax East was initially great to work with. However, it had turned into a nightmare. The sales rep Ben, after asking 2x for confirmation on boats horsepower, gave me the wrong information by 200HP. It was only discovered because I reached out to 4 Scarab dealers across the country and 1 from Utah got back to me. (I'm in KS) When presenting the salesman with this info, he said "well glad you found that out before the sale or you would have really chewed me out."
