Never by your boat here!!!! Buyer beware!!!!! They are the worst!!! Sold us a broken brand new sea ray and take weeks to respond to fix- fix a brand new boat outrageous!!!!!!!
Let me tell you how patient and knowledgeable the service staff is at Marine Max! Especially my boy Chad! He answered all my questions and made it so easy to complete the repair I needed to do! Hey Chad I didn’t need that third quart. It only took 2-3 more oz. 🤪🙄🥳
Purchased a Harris tri-tune from Marine Max Lake Hopatcong during the winter of 2024 and the purchase experience was fantastic! David Lewis is great to work with. First season on the lake with the new boat, last summer, and we had some minor issues. Unfortunately we found the service dept very challenging to work with. Communication and follow thru is a short coming for them. Had an issue with a tune at the end of the season, which was to be repaired over the winter, and again communication and follow thru were a major issue... read more
