we just bought a brand new boat from them and a few problems we noted to be fixed before they brought it to our marina. They were not fixed, and they have not answered our emails. Been two weeks now, sent multiple emails
I needed service work done on my Mercruiser. I stopped in your brick New Jersey branch on April 26 and spoke to Keith Fricke. He told me to call him on May 9 to set up an appointment. On May 9th he told me he will call me on the 12th to set up an appointment, he never called. I left a voicemail for Keith on Friday the 13th, I called again that afternoon the receptionist said she will send him an email to call me.
