This has been the worst experience of any boat or car dealership I have ever had in my life. No one returns your phone calls or emails AFTER YOU BUY THE BOAT. When you leave your boat there for a repair you return to a completely disgusting filthy boat. It takes WEEKS for the service department to return an email or phone call and then when they do they still don’t address the issue. These company is a bunch of crooks and dirt bags. While I was a slip owner , my boat was out of water due to warranty work and my motor got stolen. The thieves drove right past the physical security guard and was caught on camera They refuse to take responsibility for the theft and made me go thru my insurance company and refused to pay my deductible and now my insurance is higher Even scout and Yamaha who warranty work was being done and was in their control and custody refuse to do a dam thing Now we have to file a complai... read more
RecommendedA HUGE THANK YOU!!! to the people from Marine Max for the special day they provided for the veterans of the Point Pleasant Elks Lodge #1698 25th Anniversary fluke tournament. I had a blast on a trip of a lifetime on the boat they provided to take us fishing. Dean ( manager and fellow sailor),Brian ( captain ), Travis (mate), Scott ( mate in charge of alarm clocks), Jess ( mate) we’re awesome. We caught a bunch of fish many species. And had a blast. Have owned my boat for a month and it broke down again for the 5th time. Pretty sure I got stuck with a lemon and 10/10 would never by another boat here.
We’ve been very happy with our experience this first season at Marine Max in Brick. We bought our boat from Dan Furnback and kept it at their marina. They’ve been very responsive to all of our service requests and also helpful to us as we learn the ins and outs of the water since we are new boat owners. Tim Ryan, the marina manager, and all the staff are great.
People are very helpful and professional. Definitely be back.
