The 1-star diatribe says nothing about Dr. Marinelli as a doctor. I would think that is the more critical concern, not an unfortunate bookkeeping problem. As a doctor, Marinelli is the best in my experience. I have never had a doctor who showed great interest and care for an individual patient. And as far as I know, he really knows his stuff.

Great doctor: personable, funny, attentive, caring. However, his office staff, specifically "D", is another matter. Case in point: a longstanding prescription would not be filled because I had not visited the office in a over a year --- fair enough. I called the office, and the above mentioned person informs me that I have an outstanding balance from 2012, 2013, and 2014 (nearly $300) that had been remanded to collections.
