The exam was quick and easy but as soon as they think you're not buying glasses from them, they are rude and brush you off. I called back a couple months after my exam to get my prescription information, but they said they don't keep patient files if you don't buy glasses from them and I'd need to come in and pay for another exam. That goes against California optometry law. They're clearly just trying to get more money from me and now I'll be looking for a new optometrist.
