Great communication, really personable, and our carpets look brand new.
Highly recommend this carpet cleaning company for both customer service and reasonable prices.
Scheduling, pickup, and carpet cleaning were perfect.
Hired them to arrive between 11-3 and they showed up at 5:30pm. Ok fine- at least they’ll get my carpet clean. The next day I noticed blue ink stains all over the bottom left side of the carpet. They agreed to come the next day to fix it. They came again and got the stain out. I arrived later and found more blue stains- the blue stains came from a part of the carpet that they cleaned that bled over somehow.
