1st time boat owner here. Alan and Mary-Helen at Charleston location made the process simple. Shopped around online, found what I wanted, called, made an appointment and they delivered with timeline desired. Beat competitor's price by thousands! Very satisfied customer, will recommend and will return for future boating needs.
They have a boat I want to buy... I called left message, I emailed an offer on their website, called again later and still no luck making contact with someone to buy the boat!
I have to say...I'm a little disappointed....I called yesterday spoke to a sales person (male). I tell him I was looking to buy a boat trailer so he asks me questions on what I need...then he tells me ok I'll call you back in 10 minutes...I said no problem. I never get the call back..so I said ok probably busy...So i call again today..this time a woman answer the phone...I tell her the same "Looking to buy a trailer" she replies.." ok no problem someone will call you right back...I said ok no problem.....No call back again. ... read more
Why would you go anywhere else??? Most reasonably priced marine supplies in town.. They treat you like family, make recommendations & thank you for your business before leaving. Easy to do business with and Wilmington's best place to buy a boat from along with all the goodies.. Thanks guys for the service you provide to our boating community! Customer for life.
