Older condo building has 2 or 3 businesses in it
Yes the building is old BUT the management seems to have worked diligently to make it a nice home for the owners/tenants. The elevators have worked very well since I have been here, providing a quick and smooth ride. The apts and building are sprayed monthly for pests- I haven't seen any signs of any insects or rodents. The laundry room has plenty of washer/dryers and is clean. The building is secure with a passkey required for entry. I'm on a higher floor and I have hot water instantly. And the building is quiet.
