Until the coral company is gone do not purchase here. You will get hit with a $2,000 monthly HOA fee. The HOA fee is driving the prices of the condos down to the lowest condo building in Lakewood. The coral company must pay these expenses out of their own pocket or this building will have no resale value
If you were charged for a service animal- you were wrongfully charged and you owed compensation. Call 211 for legal representation. The county will will help represent you in getting legal aid to pursue this.
They want 1k a month in HOA fees. That is absurd. They need to definitely reevaluate this
Very peaceful place to live. Central location for nearly everything you could want or need.
MTE is full of wonderful residents and staff who actually care about you. However this building is run by the Coral Company and all they want is more money and never having upgrades. I purchased a condo and absolutely love the wonderful staff and residents The Coral Company is another story about greed. I own my condo free and clear. However the Coral Company who owns the building wants $1000 from each condo monthly. We have a small pool in the back yard which has been upgraded.
