Very poorly maintained and board is ripping owners off to keep band-aid. Staff in elevators talking about how they are only to clean it up and there's absolutely noooooooo plans to fix it up. Alot of people are bilingual and can understand everything being said. I have a manager who showed me a letter that was given to her and her family 15 years ago that was pretty much word for word about a said main maintenence man robbed the company for a large amount of money and the owners of the condos had to pay for the theft. My two friends and I were having the best girls trip ever until: We were between the hot tub and the pool for about two hours and a hotel worker asked us to show our IDs and prove that we were allowed to be there. I didn’t feel comfortable giving a man with no name badge or id my information so we went in to the front desk area. After asking if we did anything wrong or what was going on, it was said that Board Members that were there for a meeting didn’t know us and wanted to make sure we were allowed to be there. We stayed there last August, it was supposed to be a penthouse suite, but it turned out awful. Furniture is so old and filthy. We use to love trading our time share for Marine Terrace, but after last summer's experience, we decided to go else where.
