Marine Tech is one of the best darn boat repair company I have ever used! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It is rare to find good service now and days let alone people who still care about their customers and their needs! Gary from Marine tech assisted me when my sailboat was disabled in Hilton Head, he first consulted with me over the phone to diagnose the problem, after i sent him a few picture of the issue with my mixing elbow, he located and ordered the parts, the next day right before thanksgiving he was on my boat and fixed the issue perfectly. I will be forever thankful of the fast service amd professionality of Gary, Kristie and all the staff at Marine Tech
One of their technicians came out and named Gary and he just talked so much definitely ran up. The clock also seems super unprofessional and sounded like he didn’t know what he was doing.
After many lies and scams from this company having me Drive 12 hours down work 30+ hours in 3 Days and driving 12 hours back them saying they don’t wanna pay me for hours worked that was agreed-upon nor travel nor food after multiple days of trying to get in contact with the owner he blocked my number for leaving a bad review because he refused to pay me
I am a delievery Captian and we docked in Hilton Head. As we plugged up to shore power, we realized we had no AC power. We call Marine Tech Services for their assistance. Without hesitation, they were in the process of getting someone out to help us. We ended up not needing them but just the fact that they would make a special effort to help us in an industry that is so backed up and over worked was great. So they did not actually do any work but I have no doubt it would be done well based on my experience.
