I would never recommend Peter Grady who is the owner of this company to do anything. I purchased the Garmin equipment from him and he came to the first appointment and had to leave and has not been back since. He told me he would be back and we set dates and never showed up. I am done after 8 weeks of bull S__t. I wouldn't give him even 1 star, but I had to so I could post this. Move on and going forward I will ask for references for this type of thing. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
Be prepared for them to not show up or answer your call for a month. Don’t waste your time
It’s amazing that people believe they can run a business without any followup or communication to the customer. I call the owner and set up an appointment. He texts me the morning of the appointment that there has been a family emergency and he won’t be able to make it. Ok understand those things can happen. The next appointment he texts and says his truck has broken down getting off I-95 at our intersection. Offer to go pick him up but no response.
