The communication and customer service have been terrible after we bought a brand new boat and had to replace the engine with less than 50 hours on it. The boat has been in the shop for nearly a year and no one seems to care if we ever get to use our boat again. The lack of care has been heartbreaking and so disappointing.

Stopped in for Marine Sales Family day and got to know the people there and asked about servicing my Tritoon with 225 Yamaha. They stated it would be 2.5 weeks before they could get to it. I dropped the boat the next day. It was about 3 weeks and I received a text that all the work I requested was completed. I was impressed with their communication and professionalism. I picked the boat up today and the toons looked new. Put the boat in the water and fired right up. Great people and excellent work. Thanks!

I ordered a part over a week ago and was never charged and it hasn’t been delivered. Ordered the same part from a non local vendor instead. 3 stars because they were friendly and helpful on initial order.
