Delivery and service are phenomenal! Placed my order online and it was immediately shipped and arrived quickly. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so had to reach back out to service for an exchange. The customer service was fantastic, all I could ask for. A replacement in the right size was sent to me and a return shipping label was provided at the same time. No hassle at all, just great service, which I truly appreciate. Will continue to do business and recommend them as often as I can!
I recently purchased a wakesurf board from Marine Products. Unfortunately, the size was not correct and I was delayed in returning it because I was out of town unexpectedly. Rich at Marine Products was super helpful and accommodating and was able to help me exchange the first board & find an even better board that was the right size. His customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be going back to Marine Products for any future water sports purchases!
