Very unprofessional how they conduct business there they tell you one thing and try to charge you for something you didn’t agree too seems like they don’t know anything about their own website. As they have plans for different boat posted on their website they know nothing about. They send you an invoice for what you agree upon. When local dealers would not even respond to emails or voicemails, I made direct contact through the website and was able to text with them directly. I was not only able to get a quick quote but I was able to get the order process going and have already received free color samples and templates are arriving tomorrow. I couldn't be more pleased with how I was handled during this initial process. We cannot wait to get the product in our boat.
