I had an outstanding experience with Marine Machine in Cornelius. While I was out on Lake Norman, my trim got stuck in the full‑up position and I was basically dead in the water. I called the shop expecting to leave a message, but Michael picked up and immediately walked me through the problem step‑by‑step. He diagnosed it over the phone, explained exactly what to check, and helped me get the trim working again so I could get back safely. Beware!! The owner of this business has one goal at the end of the day, to maximize his profits on your repair. He has no empathy for whatever situation you find yourself in and is not afraid to let you know it. In my case I found 2 parts online that were brand new and much cheaper than what he estimated my cost through him for the same parts.
