I made a mistake for forgetting to pay parking fee (my bad), then after a few minutes I received a $98 parking ticket. I did shop at T&T and was eligible for free parking, but IMPARK had no mercy and refused to waive or discount my ticket. I have to take the responsibility with no excuse, but it’s a ripped off and inappropriate for punishing people for $98.
Parking is malicious
Had to pay 86 dollars because i was five minutes late lol
No parking for pick up trucks, pretty ridiculous
