Worst experience ever! Tried to access shared banking here. The new ID verification was atrocious. It validated my ID but said it couldn't generate an access code proceed to teller, they told me I needed to call my bank, my bank said to see the teller, the teller said it was my bank, my bank said it was them.... I wasted 45 minutes to go nowhere.. I also had to keep getting back in line while there was only newer 1 teller and 2 other tellers/supervisors did nothing to help alleviate the line or situation. Such nice tellers and when they're busy, someone else always helps you, so you don't wait too long. Great service even though I'm not even a member, but affiliated through MECU in Baltimore.
Absolutely the worst credit union you could have. Do not trust them with your money. As many have said here before they need to take the word Marine out of their name as they constantly disrespect the service members that bank here. Run away from this place and go to Navy Federal CU. Better customer service, more locations and much more loyal to their members.
Avoid this branch at all cost when you get denied for an account.Karen will give you the runaround. A few examples, your credit score is too low it's 614 and it's needs to be at least 650, you needed present your DoD Civilian id(wasn't informed of that information until my the Adverse Action was being printed.
