Such nice tellers and when they're busy, someone else always helps you, so you don't wait too long. Great service even though I'm not even a member, but affiliated through MECU in Baltimore.
Absolutely the worst credit union you could have. Do not trust them with your money. As many have said here before they need to take the word Marine out of their name as they constantly disrespect the service members that bank here. Run away from this place and go to Navy Federal CU. Better customer service, more locations and much more loyal to their members.
Avoid this branch at all cost when you get denied for an account.Karen will give you the runaround. A few examples, your credit score is too low it's 614 and it's needs to be at least 650, you needed present your DoD Civilian id(wasn't informed of that information until my the Adverse Action was being printed. Janet was very nice to explain how the rewards system works and getting me a new card from a scam!
I use this as a co-op but they are always so nice and welcoming. Not just to me but everyone I see them encounter including each other. I have been going here for 8 years.
