There debit card service sucks I’ve had my card deactivated 3 times and they can’t tell me how it keeps happening it’s not a good feeling when u need access to your money and can’t go to the branch to get cash that ur screwed
This branch by far worst place to even be around. Horrible people with bad morals. Can't wait for this place to close abruptly. Community should have a party in the parking lot when it happens. The world will be a slightly better place without yall. Ps they are deleteing comments and videos that show the full picture

Worst experience ever! Tried to access shared banking here. The new ID verification was atrocious. It validated my ID but said it couldn't generate an access code proceed to teller, they told me I needed to call my bank, my bank said to see the teller, the teller said it was my bank, my bank said it was them.... I wasted 45 minutes to go nowhere.. I also had to keep getting back in line while there was only newer 1 teller and 2 other tellers/supervisors did nothing to help alleviate the line or situation. Such nice tellers and when they're busy, someone else always helps you, so you don't wait too long. Great service even though I'm not even a member, but affiliated through MECU in Baltimore.
