Poorly run operation! Ordered boat parts, waited 2 weeks, started calling only to be given attitude by Sean, No digital inventory system -They sold the parts that they didn't even know if they existed in the warehouse -was passed to multiple departments what a waste of time! Sorely disappointed!

Bought a brand new transmission from them and there was a defective transmission cooling elbow, I called them and they let me know they would send out a replacement part in June. The part never arrived, I called again and they said it would be sent. Again it never arrived and now I am not able to get in touch with them via phone or email. I had to buy another one to keep us on the water after three months of waiting. I would appreciate if someone would make this right.
