Purchased some trim tabs from Marine Engine Depot on 4/19/26. Arrived in an acceptable timeframe but was missing one of the hydraulic rams and the other components appear to be used. Haven’t been able to get ahold of them after 3 attempts. At this time, I’ve requested a refund but not sure they will issue a credit. Would not purchase from them again. Please take your time to read the reviews on here and on Amazon. My issue is one of many with the exact same problem.
I called for help and they were incredibly responsive. We figured out the problem over the phone and by sending some emails. These guys are smart AND honest and have loads of experience. THANK YOU guys!

Poorly run operation! Ordered boat parts, waited 2 weeks, started calling only to be given attitude by Sean, No digital inventory system -They sold the parts that they didn't even know if they existed in the warehouse -was passed to multiple departments what a waste of time! Sorely disappointed!
