Very Very poor service, I ordered several parts 4 ago months ago and only received half the order. I went online to their website, checked my order #, and it shows partial shipment. After repeated phone calls, and leaving voicemails, which were not returned. I finally got through to someone named Eddy (he sounded like I woke him up), who after listening to my issue and taking my order #, said he would take care of it. I ordered a new propeller from them recently and the communication from Michael Lane was exceptional from start to finish. The pricing was incredible, quality was unmatched, and I will be back for any more boating needs. They should be your first and only stop! 5 stars all the way!
I ordered a thermostat housing and a thermostat from their website. The housing shipped same day and arrived quickly. The thermostat itself was not packaged with the housing, or in the box the housing shipped with. I have emailed twice and not received a response about a second shipment or a refund for the thermostat. They don't have a phone number anywhere, just their email.
They are an Amazon third party seller. They will not cooperate with the return/refund process which normally makes Amazon a great place to buy. I am stuck with parts I don’t need because I wasn’t cautious enough to avoid this Seller. You can buy marine parts from a lot of places. Avoid these guys!
Purchased some trim tabs from Marine Engine Depot on 4/19/26. Arrived in an acceptable timeframe but was missing one of the hydraulic rams and the other components appear to be used. Haven’t been able to get ahold of them after 3 attempts. At this time, I’ve requested a refund but not sure they will issue a credit. Would not purchase from them again. Please take your time to read the reviews on here and on Amazon. My issue is one of many with the exact same problem.
