I ordered a thermostat housing and a thermostat from their website. The housing shipped same day and arrived quickly. The thermostat itself was not packaged with the housing, or in the box the housing shipped with. I have emailed twice and not received a response about a second shipment or a refund for the thermostat. They don't have a phone number anywhere, just their email.
They are an Amazon third party seller. They will not cooperate with the return/refund process which normally makes Amazon a great place to buy. I am stuck with parts I don’t need because I wasn’t cautious enough to avoid this Seller. You can buy marine parts from a lot of places. Avoid these guys!
Purchased some trim tabs from Marine Engine Depot on 4/19/26. Arrived in an acceptable timeframe but was missing one of the hydraulic rams and the other components appear to be used. Haven’t been able to get ahold of them after 3 attempts. At this time, I’ve requested a refund but not sure they will issue a credit. Would not purchase from them again. Please take your time to read the reviews on here and on Amazon. My issue is one of many with the exact same problem.
