Great group of super knowledgeable staff. I had a total Balmar setup that needed configuration help with my lithium batteries. Pat and his team were able to fit me in as we headed north. Sorted out the problem with a whole new profile setup that Balmar could not figure out. Works great! Can’t say enough about this company. I am the J Boat dealer for California, I know a great company when I deal with them, this is one of them.
