I've been chasing a part for 2 days, even bought parts and had them overnighter, only to find out it was indeed the wrong part. Scoured the Northern Lights parts manual to no avail. Then I called Judy. Within 4 minutes she had determined I was looking at the wrong page and in 10 minutes total, from a phone description, she had found the part in the book, sent me a photo to confirm....all while managing to laugh at my bad jokes. I’m not big on writing reviews, but I have to report that MDI had the best prices, a really easy on line ordering website and they gave me a tracking number 45 minutes after I placed my order! That excellent service rivals Amazon. They didn’t gouge me on the cost of shipping either. They are my new go to Yanmar Diesel parts supplier.
Tony and his team are great. My wife and I were making our annual pilgrimage from Maine to Florida and running outside on a nice flat day when just 20 miles outside of Charleston the thermostat on one of my CAT C-12s suddenly jumped to over 200 degrees.
