I went in looking for thermal cups and found what I needed. Also found first class service. When the cashier had to go out back and bring what I needed out it took a few minutes. That's ok. But I wasn't ignored. Someone else did ask if I was being looked after. I certainly was. Impressed by the store and the staff. The charming young man serving me even put up with my old lady chatter. Very disappointing response to a warranty request. Jarvis Walker Graphcast 7000. Bail roller/screw completely corroded and snapped within 6 months of purchase. Only used on the boat and washed when I get home. Marine Deals RMA department have said "Its corroded so we can't replace it" however what can I do, not go out fishing with the reel? Its meant to be used out on the water and it can't even handle going out on the water without (very specific) bits corroding. My guess is its corroding while out in the salt air or splash... read more
