Around March 18 I had called all the places I had bills, credit cards that I owed, car loans, motorcycle loan, and let them know that I was just furloughed. I didn’t know how long I would be furloughed either. Would I be able to but my loan on hold, that I like millions I didn’t know when or if I’d be going back to work. Most all my creditor stated they where putting a account on hold for 3 months and we would re-evaluate it at that time again. Not crazy about their odd hours
If I could give 0 stars I would! Not once but twice now I have had to call them in the afternoon wondering why my check, which was dropped off in the night deposit box, was not added to my account. So not only are they not doing their job, they expect you to call them and remind them to do their job! Absolutely ridiculous!! Done with this bank!!
Don't waste your time with this lender. Completely dishonest reps that will say whatever it takes but not come through.
