I would have given this race 5 stars as my husband has participated in several of these events over the years. He has run the Marine Corps Marathon three times, the Historic Half five or six times, the 1775K, and more. This year’s MCM was truly special. Was able to speak to them, such a arrogant lady, hang up the phone without listening to me. THAT’S JUST A MONEYMAKING MACHINE, WITHOUT ANY COMMITMENTS TO SPORTS. Impossible to sell this stupid bip and now I am even told that I can’t switch categories.
Trying desperately to sell my bip… the 55 usd transfer fee is a disgrace. At least they should have told me that there is an October 1st deadline. And also unacceptable that there is no refund for a transfer from marathon to 10K. Bloody money making machinery
