I am Sorry to Hear about some of Your Bad Experiences. Perhaps You were Assigned a Bad Representative? I Would Love to find a New Detachment. Mine was Washtenaw County Marine Corps League # 414. They Folded in 2018. I Continue to be Semper Fidelis. I have been a Part of The Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots for 28 Years. I was able to get Information from Quantico on 13 January 2020 will be 30 Years. I requested My DD-214 in August of and received an email. Horrible organization (if you could call them one). The Lincoln Park, MI representative, John (I believe) wasted two hours of my day while he appeared to gather my documents from me and file an appeal to a VA claim. I kept checking the VA website to ensure it had received my appeal. As the time wound down for my appeal I began to get nervous, so I called John who said he checked his computer and the appeal was sent.
