Absolutely terrible service. Marine Concepts had our boat for a MONTH. To rebuild two carburetors. Provided the carb rebuild kits, then they charged for another set, and floats. We called once or twice each week to see what the cost would be for each thing..." I will call you back by the end of the day and let you know". Never called us to discuss what the charges would be, what would be fixed next, etc. until we got a call to pick it up and we're told it was $780 & we had to pick it up TODAY or we would have to pay storage ... read more

Marine Concepts did an outstanding job servicing my boat. I dropped it off during one of their busiest seasons because I waited until the last minute, but they still had it running great when I picked it up. I received several quotes from other shops in the area, and Marine Concepts even came in lower than what they originally estimated. Horrible communication after multiple attempts to get information about my boat. Do not recommend and will never use them again
Awesome place and very knowledgeable they stored my boat for the winter and serviced it. Was very happy when I picked it up everything I ask for they did. Any questions or services I have done with them they keep me informed. Great place will always have my boat stored and serviced there.
