This company went above and beyond my expectations. (I purchased a used canopy from a private party for my 18’ Parker.) Although I wasn’t an Element customer directly, they treated me as one by answering all of my emails, phone calls and questions. My canopy is now installed and it looks great! It’s incredibly simple to put up and take down, and it’s really well built! Thanks again Ryan and Al from Element. I look forward to sending some photos of the canopy in action!

Emma, just a note to tell you that I finally got the weather to install the dodger this weekend. You may remember that because of the square bow on my Seagull 20' catamaran, it took some advice and minor mods to get the right parts, which your techs cheerfully supplied. I want to congratulate you on having a well-engineered product. Installation was a snap and the shelter looks custom made. Perfect for my boat and family. Fit great and is very easy to remove and install.
