Solitude purchased a company (Clarke Aquatic) that previously serviced ponds for a commercial property that I manage. Solitude had possession of our fountains that were taken from Clark. In the spring of 2023, they did NOT come out to service the ponds which were FILLED with algae and did not delivery our fountains until I threatened a lawsuit. Had Solitude manage our pond last year and it was fine. This year, there has been limited service and no way to contact them to find out if they are still in business.
Used this company before they were bought out for years (formerly Marine Bio Chemists) they switched to solitude, and have been absolutely terrible. They were awful for the tail end of last season, and it's impossible to get anyone in the phone. Communication is awful... Luckily my association found another pond treatment company. They have been highly responsive, and we've been happy with the switch.
