Top notch customer service provided during the Paycheck Protection Program by William Talley and his staff. They were in communication throughout the process even when they were inundated with applications and were working long hours. They were truly there for the local businesses during a trying time.

Experiencing growing pains, I wish I could give a recommendation. Unfortunately slow responses and follow up to questions and issues. Most recently with both the online banking and now the mobile app. Not wanting to go back to a large chain institution but my patience is running out as a customer.

Would love to make an excellent recommendation as we truly receive top notch and personal service from the bank. However, I cannot rely on Bill Pay service. I have to calendar my payments way in advance of actually due date in order for Marine Bank to pay in time. For those vendors who send bills 4 to 5 days prior to due date. Forget it! I incur a late charge from the vendor although I designate the payment to be made prior to the due date. Thus far we have incurred 4 late charges on our bills.
