This place is incredible. I have had numerous boats and jet skis fixed here over the past 5 years. The service and quality of work is top notch. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
We bought a boat on recommendation from a mechanic at Marine and Motor Services and was quoted "between $2k-4k to have the boat water ready." I dropped off said boat on May 4th. I was told a week and a half to preform the work. June 12th the boat was "finished" and ready to be picked up with a bill of $6563.58. We picked it up on June 13th and paid the entire bill in cash. We had a no start issue on a Saturday. We called other locations and they wouldn't even offer us a spot due to their backlog. Marine and Motor services let us drop it off on the same day and tried to troubleshoot it right then in order to maybe get us on the water that day. unfortunately it needed more in-depth repairs. Wonderful people at this business! Starla was incredibly helpful in talking us through a jet ski emergency we had during a family weekend at a VRBO house. After pulling our ski out of water and towing it to their shop they went out of their way to try and get us running and water worthy again! They are just really GOOD people who will go out of their way to help a customer. We highly recommend this shop!
