Only one or two English speaking home workers. My friend’s worker works 1/3 of hours, always late and has bad attitude, but agency unable or better yet doesn’t pay attention or tries to find a person with some English. Although it’s clear in paperwork the client is American and not bilingual the agency gives her phone number to non English speaking workers.
While the office staff is catering and always providing home health aides. Most of the aides have an issue with timeliness because they are handing to many patients and not allowing for travel time. Most have to be prompted to do work. They are constantly texting or talking on the phone.
