DO NOT HIRE MICHAEL McHALE as your attorney. For 1 year this man totally screwed up may child support case. He arrives late for hearings, didn't submit papers on time or filed wrong motions ( what kind of a lawyer is he who dosen't know how to file a petition). He has no knowledge of the law. Attorney Marinaro represented me before a jury for big time crimes. He was well prepared and argued my case to a not guilty verdict. Don't go with any lawyer that doesn't win. I will alway be in debt to the jury and Marinaro. I got my life back!
I was charged with a drug crime that called for a mandatory minimum sentence of 3 years in the State Prison. Attorney Marinaro suppressed all the evidence and the charges were dropped. These attorney are da bomb. I catch a charge for simple assault for hitting my girl. After talking to this man they hooked it up. She doesn't show for the prelim. Charges dismissed. I got these people on retainer.
