The broker lowered the price of the boat without authorization. Not professional.
This company seems to be a very small operation. The broker that my wife and I dealt with, Duane, was very accommodating and patient with us through the entire process. Being new to the boat buying experience we relied heavily (too much in hind sight) on the experience and expertise of the brokerage. As a result, of all the mechanics and surveyors to select from in the area based on a list of companies provided by the broker, we happened to pick the worse.
