Moved here 3 months ago . Nice neighbors and staff . Got 1 problem with a tenant. I have an emotional support dog and he's a pitbull and every time she see me and my dog she makes false statements to the office like saying her and her dog were attack on the elevator and my dog is aggressive lol. My dog walks around people doesn't growl or bark at anybody. If anything he's scared of people. But this tenant continues to harass me and my dog making false accusations. Currently reside, I do pay out of pocket at 1319 a month, got put in a bind and needed assistance for what I had past due, intentionally filled my paperwork out wrong issues a marshall sticker on my door after I made my payment. The office is Horrible hopefully the new guy Duane handles business with honesty and integrity.
Grossly over-priced, tiny Roach-infested apartments with outdated fixtures. People in office start out nice but once you move in their TRUE colors show up. They make up lies about monies owed, harass the elderly who live here and swear at visitors for being "in their way". This place needs a complete overhaul in Management, employees and apartment fixtures.
