Currently reside, I do pay out of pocket at 1319 a month, got put in a bind and needed assistance for what I had past due, intentionally filled my paperwork out wrong issues a marshall sticker on my door after I made my payment. The office is Horrible hopefully the new guy Duane handles business with honesty and integrity.
Grossly over-priced, tiny Roach-infested apartments with outdated fixtures. People in office start out nice but once you move in their TRUE colors show up. They make up lies about monies owed, harass the elderly who live here and swear at visitors for being "in their way". This place needs a complete overhaul in Management, employees and apartment fixtures.
The management is a horrible individual who steals the residents rent and treats them horribly. She is so scared that she has to have a police escort to her car. She leaves the community room locked not allowing any of the senior citizens to get air because there’s no central air on the building. She takes peoples rent without giving them a receipt and then later on tell them that they owe money. I have been living here almost a year. I have a beautiful view of the Niagara River. My utilities are included. They accept Belmont, Section 8, Best Self, working. And a security from social services. My rent is $888 and will go up July 1st. to $987 for a 1 bedroom apartment. 2 bedrooms is more. There's a laundromat on the property. A computer room, and a weight room and a community room. The mailboxes are on the inside.
