I visited Marina Pools today and couldn't be happier with their service. As a new pool owner I was thrown in the deep end haha, but the owner of Marina Pools was super helpful and took the time to explain to me how to look after my pool and how to look after the pool filter etc and I even got to meet his mum and dad. He gave me a demo on how to service the pump filter as well. Very pleased with this experience. 100% recommend!
Absolutely top-notch pool shop! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely care about helping you—not just making a sale. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I left with exactly what my pool needed. The store is well-stocked, prices are fair, and the service is fast and reliable. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and customer care these days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality products and honest advice. I won’t go anywhere else!

Incredibly helpful staff and business owner. I had a rotor snap on my sand filter and I got my local pool shop to come out and have a look and they quoted $700 for a whole new system. Posted a question online and Mark responded and was able to source the part I needed for 1/10th of the price! Fixed it today and works perfectly. My new favourite pool shop, thank you!
Very helpful and professional staff. I had a query regarding pool leakage and called the shop. I could not get through but had a call back from Suzie imidiately. She provided a lot of useful information patiently for me to do my own initial testing. I really appreciate when you come a cross a geniune business and people who are not greedy and care about customers. Keep up the wonderful work Marina pools. I highly recommend them.
