Had an appointment for them to come to my house at 9:00 Thursday. Confirmed it with them Wednesday afternoon. I took time off from work to be at home to meet them. At 9:15 I called to see if they were close by -- no response. Texted them -- no response. Did the same at 9:30 and 10:00. No one ever came by or had the decency to call and explain why. A very bad company. Hires people and then never shows up... also a very bad pool cleaning service doesn’t do the job you ask for... better off hiring a REAL company
Keoki was A+++ in every way. He was very friendly and had no problem waiting 30 minutes in front of the house to examine my pool. He was very knowledgeable and told me everything about my pool filter. He told me exactly what I needed to do and that I didn't even need to hire him to get the pool back to normal. He didn't charge me a dime. Very honest and genuine guy.
