1) They trick you by showing some neat template apartments , while the actual ones you rent are crap. So if you at all want to rent here ask them to show the actual apartments you live in and then make a decision 2) In our final days here and we just want to get out of this place. Stay away from this apartment if you can to save your money and time! Don't be fooled by the outlook and pictures online. Below are personal experience to give you some idea of why the place is a total rip off: 1. First of all, the apartment is very old, dirty carpet and unremovable stains all over the place. Open parking and community, so random guys keep coming knocking your doors for money or advertisement. The place is not well maintained as well. Worst Service ever... Big NO NO... Two months back I was very much in need of a place, so I booked an apartment at Marina Playa. When I informed my friends, I got bad reviews (to mention few- lake is not cleaned regularly, lot of mosquitoes, cold shower water, deposit never returned) . So I went ahead and cancelled by booking within 24 hours. Was pissed that I was told to come down to speak with main manager, she would be in around 5-5:30, only to find sign on window, saying Be Back at 10 the following day. Supposed to be open until 6, wth
Very calm and serene environment with lot of open space and guest parking. Rooms and patios are very spacious.
