My 88 year-old mother was admitted to Banner Del E Webb emergency for hallucinations and possible dementia. She had recently been removed from hospice care that was recommended by Banner and scheduled with "Dr." Permiakova for a follow-up to her emergency room visit. Her appointment was cancelled because my mom did not have a primary care physician. Very odd, if my mom had a primary care physician, she wouldn't need "Dr." Permiakova. This doctor lacks empathy and caring.

She is absolutely the best Dr I’m so happy she is my primary dr , she is very caring and takes the time to listen to your needs . I absolutely love her . Your in good hands with this dr , I wish I can get my parents to switch over ,
Dr. PERMIAKOVA office called and said the Doctor is overbooked and cancelled my wifes August appointment. The office said no new appointment would be scheduled. I have had this appointment for 8 months. Not very happy. Michelle Rourkes Appt.
I think Dr. Permiakova is great. She listens and I never feel rushed. Hopefully I can have her for awhile.
